Fact → Impact → Request in Action is a communication and emotional clarity framework that helps individuals move from reactive interpretation to grounded, constructive dialogue. The model guides users through three steps: identifying the fact (what actually happened), acknowledging the impact (the emotional or behavioral effect), and making a request (a clear, actionable step for moving forward).
