Todd Zimbelman,
Founder & Executive Coach
Todd is a professional executive coach with decades of experience in leadership development, organizational culture, and personal transformation. His coaching style is grounded in reflection and intentional action, helping leaders see themselves clearly and lead more effectively.
Todd’s work centers on creating space for others to grow—through mindset shifts, emotional intelligence, and practical strategies for real-world leadership. He partners with clients to identify their goals, challenge their defaults, and move toward deeper influence.

Kurt Pauley,
Leadership Coach
Kurt brings years of experience as a successful real estate investor, entrepreneur, and former corporate executive to his work as a coach at Co-Create. After navigating both success and failure, Kurt left corporate America to live and lead with deeper purpose and now helps others do the same.
He’s passionate about helping people move beyond surface-level goals to pursue work and lives that truly align. Known for his thoughtful approach and calm presence, Kurt draws from his real-world business experience and personal growth journey to coach leaders with clarity, empathy, and insight.
For Kurt, coaching is a way to give back—to share what he’s learned, and help others find their own path forward.

Joel Vaslow
From transportation to technology, Joel has been around the block, working with various industries - learning what makes each one tick. Joel’s corporate career culminated in running day-to-day operations for two successive privately-held companies. Today he’s focused on helping business owners translate their vision into structured, growth-focus operations.
Joel is passionate about getting teams organized and teaching them how to function well together to facilitate accomplishment of their goals and dreams.
Joel holds a B.A. from Washington University in St. Louis as well as an M.S. and a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Tulane University in New Orleans.

Cath Casaway-Hormillosa
From executive support to operations and marketing, Cath Casaway-Hormillosa has worked across a wide range of industries, partnering with founders and leadership teams as they build and scale their businesses. Her career has centered on managing day-to-day operations and creating the systems and structure that allow leaders to focus on growth. Today, Cath works with Co-Create, supporting executives as they translate vision into organized, efficient execution through high-trust partnership and operational clarity.
